摘要 本文通过对K251G型丝织机噪声源的鉴别及声特性的分析,指出了该机属于冲击性的多噪声源机器,同时找出了主要发声件,并进行了降噪处理。使得该机在半消声室内,无织物车速为140次/分,由原机噪声声压级84.2dB(A)降到77.8dB(A)。在车间内有织物,降到82.3dB(A)。同时,研制出了成套比较可行的低噪声器材,该成果也可应用到其它型号的丝织机。 This treatise, by identification of the noice resource of K 251 G silk loom and analysis of the sound charecteristics, points out that the loom belongs under the machine of multi-noice resource of impact. It also finds out the main noisy parts and takes some measures to reduce the loom's noice. As a result, the acoustic pressure level of the loom goes down from 84.3 dB(A) to 77.8 dB (A) at a speed of 140 rpm, without cloth, in a seml-anechoic room, while in the weaving workshop and with cloth in the loom, the level is reduced to 82.3 dB(A). The authors develop a set of feasible low noisy accessories which can also be used in other models of silk loom.
