摘要
采用不同的工作模式,对一种长条形Rosen型结构的多层压电变压器(MPT)的输入和输出性能以及振动模式进行了实验研究,提出了一个简化的等效电路模型,并用等效电路模型对MPT的相关性能进行了理论分析,同时,用波动叠加理论对其振动模式进行了理论分析。结果表明,理论分析和实验结果是一致的,两者都证实负载电阻对MPT的工作特性有很大的影响,存在一个最佳匹配负载。
For one kind of long rectangular multilayer-piezoelectric transformers (MPT), its performances of input, output and vibration mode, were measured at different work conditions. A simple equivalent circuit model of MPT was made. The performances of MPT were analyzed theoretically using the model. The vibration mode was also analyzed theoretically using wave superposition theory. The results show that the results of the experiment and theory analysis are consistent; both of results show that the load resistance has a great influence on work properties of MPT, and there is an optimum matched load.
