摘要 2013年4月20日发生的7.0级芦山地震造成了巨大的灾难,给灾区的燃气系统也造成了严重的破坏。选取震中芦山县燃气系统的破坏作为典型震害来进行研究,介绍了地震前后芦山县燃气系统的功能状态及恢复情况,重点分析了长输管线、庭院管道、城区主干网、燃气门站设施和燃气公司办公建筑及设施等各方面的震害,其特点是长输管线、地上入户管线和燃气公司的办公建筑设施等破坏比较严重;另外由于地面沉降、山体滑坡、塌方、保坎掉落、滚石等原因,致使管道损坏造成的次生灾害较为严重。最后针对该次地震中燃气管网的破坏特点和原因进行了初步分析,给出了一些燃气系统建设的改进建议与防灾对策。 The Ms7.0 earthquake occurred in Lushan County on April 20,2013 resulted in great disaster and brought serious damage to gas pipeline network in disaster areas. This paper selects the gas system in the epicenter of Lushan County as the typical gas system to conduct the seismic damage research, introducing the functional state and recovery situation of the gas pipeline network in the county before and after the earthquake. Seismic damage of the gas system of all kinds, such as long distance pipelines, the courtyard pipelines, urban gas backbone networks, gas stations facilities and office building, was emphatically analyzed. The features of the seismic damage show that the destruction of long-distance pipelines, courtyard pipelines above ground and office building is severe. Secondary disasters, which are caused by ground subsidence, landslide, collapse, falling of retaining wall and rolling stone, are also serious. Finally, based on the features and reasons of the gas pipeline network’s seismic damage, a preliminary analysis is made and some improvement suggestions on construction and disaster prevention countermeasures of gas pipeline network are put forward.
