本文通过对近3年儿童感染肺炎支原体与相关喘息的文献资料检索和分析，阐述了感染肺炎支原体与相关喘息发病机制的一些研究进展，同时对新的研究成果进行了综述，客观展现了儿童感染肺炎支原体相关喘息病症的治疗现状，以期促进临床治疗水平的提高。

This artical summarizes the research progress of mycoplasmal pneumoniae （MP） infection and related wheezing by collecting and analyzing literatures about children MP infection and related wheezing in recent three years. We also summarizes the new research results, which objectively show the current status of treatment of children with wheezing related to MP infection, in order to promote the improvement of the clinical treatment level.
