自噬研究进展及其与肺结核的关系

摘要 自噬是依赖溶酶体降解自身细胞质蛋白或细胞器实现细胞自我更新的一个重要过程,是广泛存在于真核细胞中的基本生命现象,与机体的生理、病理过程密切相关。自噬不仅参与到呼吸系统疾病中,而且在肺结核的研究中,自噬与肺结核的发生、发展过程更有着密不可分的关系。因此,揭示自噬的发生机制及其与肺结核的关系对治疗结核病有重大意义。 Autophagy is an important process of cell self-renewal which relies on the degradation of cytoplasmic protein or organelle of lysosome. It is closely related with the physiological and pathological processes of organism and it is also a basic biological phenomenon of eukaryocyte. Autophagy is not only involved in respiratory diseases, but also plays an important role in tuberculosis for it is related to the incidence and development of tuberculosis. Therefore, it is important to dig out the mechanism of autophagy and the relationship between autophagy and tuberculosis for the treatment of tuberculosis.
