摘要
抵抗素样分子(resistin-likemolecules,RELMs)是一类富含半胱氨酸的分泌蛋白家族。目前国内外对该家族蛋白的关注越来越多,并且研究发现,该家族蛋白中的成员RELMa和RELMt3在呼吸系统疾病中起到不可忽视的作用。其在肺部疾病中,尤其是在支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化和肺动脉高压等疾病的发生、发展起什么作用,并且各个成员之间有什么区别和联系,目前已有报道进行了相关研究。本文将就RELMs家族成员的结构、分布特点,重点对RELMa和RELMl3与肺部疾病的关系作一综述。
Resistin-like molecules (RELMs) are a class of cysteine-rich secretory protein family. Domestic and international attention have been put on this protein family currently. It has been demonstrated that the members of the family proteins, RELMa and RELMI3, play important roles in respiratory disease. There have been a lot of researches about the roles of them in the lung diseases, especially in bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis,and pulmonary hypertension, and the differences or connections between these family members. This review aims to summarize the structure and distribution characteristics of RELMs family members, as well as focus on the effects of RELMa and RELM/3 on the lung diseases.
