本文介绍了纺织器材橡胶制品生产中的环保措施。包括粉尘采用吸风罩和脉冲式袋式除尘器除尘;丁腈胶圈棉线浸苯改用无毒的DBP;丁腈皮结、缓冲皮圈生产中,以压延擦胶工艺代替苯浆刮胶,粘头采用无毒的白乳胶;以无毒的RM—1橡胶金属硫化胶粘剂代替有毒的聚异氰酸酯JQ—1胶粘接模压胶辊的铁芯;胶粉采用回收装置回收并作为有机填料。效益十分显著。
The article introduces here the measures for enviremental protection in textile rubber products manufacturing process. That is: use suction cover and pulse cleaner of sack type to remove powder and dust in making BA, rubber aprons; use poisonless DBP for cotton yarns impregnation instead of benzene; while in production of BA rubber pickers and buffer belts, replace benzene paste spreading technology by rolling friction and adhere the ends with poisonless white latex; for cots making, replace poisonous JQ-1 by poisonless RM-1 adhesive to coat the roller for adhering it with cot. Rubber powder produced in cots' finish process can be taken back by means of recovery package and also reused as organic packing. These measures have brought remarkable beneficial results.
