当前,我国港口产业正在逐步成长中,随着经济发展与全球化进程的进一步加深,港口作为一国的"门户",在经济社会发展中发挥着十分重要的作用。但由于我国港口产业发展还存在一系列问题,比如在影响我国港口产业安全的众多因素中,港口配套服务能力不足、港口重复建设、港口产能过剩、港口业外资控制等成为威胁我国港口产业安全的主要方面,严重威胁并制约我国港口产业发展和运行的安全性。面对后危机时代我国港口产业发展的困境与机遇,系统分析我国港口产业发展中来自各方面的威胁,认清港口产业发展面临的安全问题,有利于更好地维护我国港口产业安全,促进我国港口产业发展,对促进我国港口产业跨步发展与国民经济总体水平提升具有十分重要的意义。

At present, China＇s port industry is gradually developing; with the economic development and globalization, this industry is playing an increasingly important role in economic social development. But there are still some problems with the development of this industry that are restricting the development and security of China＇s port industry, such as the inefficient capability for supporting, the repeated construction, the excess production capability and foreign investment control. The systematic observation of threatens, the consideration on how to face difficulties and opportunities and the fully understanding of the security problems will not only be beneficial to maintaining port industry security and promoting the development of this industry, but also be of great significance for the promotion of the quick development of this industry and the improvement of national economy as a whole.
