摘要
考虑锦屏二级水电站带式输送系统渣料与砂石料皮带机运输方向相反的特点,在设计过程中,利用皮带机运行时上下层带面正好相反的特性,创新研究了采用上层皮带运渣下层皮带运砂石料的返程带料系统,系统从2009年6月运行至今,成功完成了TBM渣料的输送任务,已累计返程带运成品砂石料456万t,满足隧洞开挖弃渣和成品砂石料运输的需要。表明该创新设计是成功的,可供其他工程参考。
Because the conveying direction of excavated material transporting system and aggregate belt conveyor in Jinping II Hydropower Station is opposite, the possibility using the upper beh of belt conveyor to transport excavated material of tunnel and the lower beh to transport aggregates at the same time are researched in the design of belt conveyor. The new belt conveying system is put into operation in June, 2009, which has transported the excavated material of TBM and simultaneously delivered finished aggregate of 4.56 million tons, This system meets the requirements of project construction on excavated material and aggregate transportation.
