摘要 为研究集油槽喉部面积对镜板泵性能影响,采用ANSYS CFX软件,在某镜板泵模型的集油槽基础上重新设计了3个不同喉部面积的集油槽,并与同一镜板组合进行三维数值模拟。对镜板泵外特性、集油槽内能量损失及速度分布进行对比分析。结果表明:喉部面积变化对镜板泵轴功率曲线影响很小,对扬程和效率曲线影响较大,且同时引起集油槽内能量损失大幅变化。最后提出了使镜板泵性能最优的建议。 In order to study the influence of oil bath with different throat area on runner-pump performance, another three oil bathes with different throat area are designed for a runner-pump mode], and the combinations of the impeller of runner-pump with four oil bathes are numerically studied by using ANSYS CFX software. The external characteristics of runner-pump and the energy losses and velocity distribution in oil bathes are compared. The results show that the change of throat area has little effect on the brake horsepower curve, but has great influence on head and efficiency curves, and at the same time, the change of throat area will cause great change of energy loss in oil bath. The suggestions on improving the performance of runner-pump are finally presented.
