摘要
对三板溪水电站泄洪洞衬砌混凝土的施工过程进行三维有限元仿真计算,分析拆模时间、初期养护质量、结构段长度、浇筑温度、衬砌厚度和围岩类型等因素对混凝土温度应力的影响,并对影响衬砌混凝土温度应力的诸多因素进行敏感性分析,最终提出了"降低浇筑温度至20℃、延长拆模时间至4 d"的综合温控防裂措施。
The 3-D finite element method is applied to simulate the construction process of concrete lining of spillway tunnel in Sanbanxi Hydropower Station. The influences of template removal time, preliminary maintenance quality, joint length, pouring temperature, lining thickness and surrounding rock type on concrete temperature stress are analyzed, and the sensitivity of influencing factors is also analyzed. The comprehensive cracking control measure of " Lowering pouring temperature to 20℃ and extending removal interval to 4d" is finally proposed.
