摘要
为在急倾斜松软厚煤层分层综采中达到安全高效开采目的,通过对李嘴孜矿3232(3)工作面开采条件及急倾斜煤层综采技术经验分析,提出了综采设备选型配套方案,据生产实践对该工作面瓦斯综合治理、回采工艺及顶板控制等情况,特别针对工作面收作时煤层倾角达53°,改进创新了工作面综采设备拆除新工艺。试验结果表明:所选工作面"三机"配套设备满足急倾斜厚煤层综采要求,回采期间平均月产4.26万t,较炮采每月多采煤2万t,工作面收作拆除综采设备时采取了合理布置绞车、强化底板、设置滑道和防飞矸挡墙、交替拆除设备等措施,实现了安全快速拆除。
In order to have a safety and high efficient mining purpose from the fully-mechanized coal mining in the slice of the steep loose and thick seam, the paper analyzed the mining conditions of No.3232 (3)coal mining face and the fully-mechanized coal mining technical experiences in the steep seam of Lizuizi Mine, and put forward an equipment selection and matched plan of the fully-mechanized coal min- ing.According to the production practices on the gas control of the coal mining face, mining technique, roof control and other conditions, specially when the seam inclination of the coal mining face over 53~, a new dismantling technique of the fully-mechanized coal mining e- quipment was reformed and innovated.The trial results showed that the "three machines" matched equipment of the selected coal mining face could meet the requirements of the fully-mechanized coal mining in the steep thick seam.The average month coal production during the mechanized mining period was 42 600 t and was 20 000 t higher than the drilling and blasting coal mining monthly.Rational arranged winch, floor reinforcement, skidway and anti coal rejects flying wall, equipment alternatively dismantling and other measures were conducted during the period of the fully-mechanized coal mining equipment dismantled and the coal mining face terminated and thus the safety and rapid dismantling of the equipment was realized.
