Manufacture of Profiled Reed Dent for Air Jet Loom

本文在介绍了国内外几家厂商的筘片技术要求和工艺之后,着重分析了筘片加工中的排料方式对提高原材料利用率,降低成本,生产自动化等方面的影响;论述了筘片冲模的设计和制作,装配、安装、使用与维修;选择了冲制筘片的设备。最后指出:采用精冲模具,套裁排料冲制筘片较为科学。逐步实现自动化生产则为战略目标。

After introducing the specifications and manufacturing process of profiled reed dents in several factories and companies both at home and abroad,this treatise analyses specially the influence of the dent-blocks' arrangement during processing upon the increase of raw material usage ratio,the decrease of cost and the process automatization etc;portrays the reed dent punching dies' de- sign and processing method,their assemble and mountage,application and maintenance;chooses the right equipment for the profiled reed-dent punching and points out that it is more reasonable and scientifical to use precision punching dies and interlap the dent-blocks befor punching them,while to obtain process automation is the stratigic aim.
