摘要
在模拟核电站大修换料水化学环境下,通过静态浸泡试验对6种核级阳离子交换树脂的有机溶出物进行了研究。结果表明,树脂的有机溶出物释放率与树脂的类型和交联度相关,交联度较高的凝胶型树脂的有机溶出物释放率更小,抗氧化性能更好。交联度为8%的树脂有机物释放率约为交联度为10%的2倍、交联度为12%的4倍。在模拟核电站乏燃料水池净化树脂服役条件下(55℃、质量浓度5 mg/L的H2O2),交联度为10%的SR200和IRN97树脂其有机物释放率低于国产同类型具有相同交联度的ZGNR50树脂。
In the simulation of Nuclear Power Plant refueling cnviromncnt, the organic leaching from various cation exchange resins through static making are studied. The results show that the release rate of organic leaching is related with the type and the crosslinking degree of the resin. The gel type resin with higher crosslinking degree has lower organic leaching release rate and better oxidation resistance. The organic leaching release rate from the resins with 8% of erosslinking degree was about twice over the resins with 12% of crosslinking degree. Under the simulation running conditions of spent fuel pool resins in nuclear power plant (55 ℃, H2O2 concentration was 5 mg/L), the organic leaching release rate from the SR200 and IRN97 resins with 10% of erosslinking degree was lower than that from domestic same type resins.
