摘要
采用深度氧化技术(HPOD)系统对己内酰胺废水、苯酚废水和印染废水等高难废水进行了深度化学处理系统工程试验研究。结果表明,当进水COD为100~150mg/L、色度为150~380倍时,经HPOD系统处理后出水水质COD~60mg/L,色度≤50倍,完全达到GB8978—1996城镇二级污水处理厂一级排放标准:且HPOD系统运行良好,具备良好的稳定性和高效性,同时设备占地面积小、投资省、操作简便、成本低廉,在难生物降解、含油、有毒有害废水的深度净化处理中具有广阔的推广应用前景。
The HPOD system was used for treating highly difficult wastewater containing caprolaetam, phenol and dyeing. The results show that the effluent water quality meets the national emission standards. In the previous stage of the influent (COD=100-150 mg/L, chromaticity=150-380 times), the COD ≤ 60 mg/L, chromaticity ≤ 50 times after treated by HPOD system, Operation and practice results show that the HPOD system has good stability, high efficiency, small footprint, low investment, operation simple, low cost, and has broad application prospects to treat wastewater for refractory, oil, toxic and hazardous wastewater.
