固液分离+间歇增氧工艺处理猪场废水研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 采用固液分离+间歇增氧+人工湿地+氧化塘工艺处理猪场废水,出水水质优于畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准(GB 18596-2001);废水直接采用间歇曝氧工艺进行处理的方式可有效解决传统的猪场废水"厌氧+好氧"处理工艺碳氮比失调而引起的出水水质较差的问题,间歇曝氧反应池采用射流式曝气设备可有效提高反应器内的氧传递效率,对废水的COD、SS、NH3-N、TP的去除效率分别可达到94.2%、95.1%、98.8%和63.6%。 "Solid-liquid separation, intermittent aeration, Constructed wetland and oxidation pond process" was used to treat piggery wastewater, and the effluent quality is better than Discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding (GB 18596--2001). The problem of poor effluent quality due to Carbon Nitrogen ratio imbalance caused by the waste water directly using "traditional anaerobic and aerobic process" can be effectively solved by the way of waste water directly using intermittent aeration process. The jet aeration equipment can effectively improve the oxygen transfer efficiency and the removal efficiency of COD, SS, NH3-N, TP reached 94.2%, 95.1%, 98.8% and 63.6%, respectively, in the intermittent aeration reactor.
