小G蛋白在心力衰竭发病机制中的作用

The Role of Small G Protein in the Pathogenesis of Heart Failure

摘要 近年来,小G蛋白在各种心血管疾病中的作用得到重视。越来越多证据表明,以Ras及Rho为主的小G蛋白家族成员介导多种信号通路,广泛参与心力衰竭的危险因素、促进心肌细胞凋亡、参与左心室重构及氧化应激反应等病理生理过程,在心力衰竭发生中起着重要作用。本文对小G蛋白在心力衰竭发病机制中的作用进行综述。 In recent years, researchers have placed great emphasis on the relation between the small G proteins and variety of cardiovascular diseases. More and more evidence demonstrate that through multiple signal pathways, Ras and Rho, the members of small G proteins, play important roles in risk factors of heart failure, cardiomyocyte apoptosis, ventricular remodeling and oxidative stress. The review focuses on the roles of small G proteins in the mechanism of heart dysfunction.
