参柏祛毒袋泡剂对急性期痔及痔术后并发症的随机对照研究

Randomized controlled study of Shenbai-Qudu-Teabag on the acute hemorrhoids and postoperative complications of hemorrhoid

目的 探讨中药熏洗剂参柏祛毒袋泡剂在肛肠疾病中使用的临床效果.方法 采用随机平行对照临床试验,对照药为金玄痔科熏洗散,对急性期痔患者59例、痔术后患者60例进行熏洗治疗,共熏洗7天.结果 应用参柏祛毒袋泡剂消肿止痛,减少渗出等方面总有效率为100％,消肿率为（77.68±24.97）％,与金玄组比较,差异无统计学意义；痔术后疼痛VAS评分,参柏组为（44.00±14.95）分、金玄组为（35.60±16.25）分,参柏组止痛疗效优于金玄组.结论 参柏祛毒袋泡剂用于急性期痔及痔术后患者临床疗效肯定.

Objective To study traditional Chinese medicine lotion of Shenbai-Qudu-Teabag bubble agent for anorectal diseases in clinical use.Methods A randomized,controlled clinical trial was performed.The controlled drug was Jinxuan Zhike xunxisan.119 cases of acute hemorrhoids and hemorrhoids patients after operation were treated with fumigation for 7 days.Results The application of Shenbai-Qudu-Teabag bubble agent can relieve swelling and pain,reduce exudate.The total effective rate was 100% and the relieving swelling rate was （77.68± 24.97） %,no statistical differences were found comparing with Jinxuan-Zhike-Xunxisan group.VAS score of hemorrhoid postoperative pain was 44.00±14.95 in Shenbai-Qudu-Teabag bubble agent group and 35.60 ± 16.25 in Jinxuan-Zhike-Xunxisan group.The analgesic effect of Shenbai-Qudu-Teabag bubble agent is better than Jinxuan-Zhike-Xunxisan.Conclusion Shenbai-Qudu-Teabag bubble agent was effective in treating acute hemorrhoids and postoperative complications of hemorrhoid.
