摘要
采用正交的二次旋转组合试验 ,以小麦为试验材料 ,选择谷物含水率、气流速度和料气浓度比作为试验因子 ,进行了小麦气力输送能量消耗的测试。结果表明 :气流速度对能耗影响最大 ,料气浓度比次之 ,物料含水率最小 ;气流速度与能耗成二次抛物线关系 ;料气浓度比与能耗成一次线性关系 ;物料含水率与能耗成二次抛物线关系。
The main parameters affected the energy consumption in pneumatic conveying are discussed These are air velocity Va , weigh concentration ratio μ, moisture content Mc By means of the pneumatic conveying test rig, energy consumption is measured in pneumatically conveying the wheat The correlation equations of the energy consumption and the parameters are established by a orthogonal quadratic regression rotary combination test The effects of the parameters on the energy consumption are developed by the significant and relative analysis Some effective methods for lowering the energy consumption of the wheat in pneumatic conveying process are proposed These also provide theoretical basis for rational design, operation and utilization of the pneumatic conveying system in agricultural products processing
