摘要
针对建筑工程评标工作难以做到科学、公正、全面的问题 ,提出了应用系统分析方法 ,在建筑工程招标中引入模糊综合评判理论。将评标过程中各建筑投标单位的报价、工期、质量、实绩、施工方案、企业信誉等项目均定量化 ,确定各项指标的权向量 ,以得分高者确定为中标单位。
According to the problems on the evaluation of bid in construction engineering which is difficult to deal with in a scientific, overall and fair way, the paper put forward the analyzing method in applied system and the overall fuzzy judgement theory used in open tender on construction engineering In the process of the evaluation of bid, the following items such as the quoted price, the project time limit, the quality, the actual achievement, the construction project and the enterprise fame of the construction bidder should be rationed and the weight vector of each item should be fixed to determine the highest score as the winner The paper also gives a practical example of a certain construction unit using this method
