该厂从1984年以来,一直使用陕西纺织器材研究所研制的T814涂料。车间生活稳定,成纱条干均匀,断头稳中有降,经济效益明显。适纺一般纱,含糖量高达4级以上的美棉和苏丹棉。用于条精并粗细、气流纺以及梳棉机剥棉大皮辊。列举了多次抽样试验数据。介绍了涂料注意事项。

Since 1984,Wuhan No.2 Cotton Mill has been using T814 rubber cots' co- ating developed by Shaanxi Research Institute of Textile Accessories.As a consequence,the operators work easily and smoothly,spun yarns are even and yarn breakage is stable or somewhat decreased.In one word,the economic profits are remarkable.T814 coating is suitable for a wide range of common yarns including spinning US and Sudan cotton,for which the carbohydrate content is over 4 grade.So it can be used on rubber cots for doubling,comb- ing,roving,ring and rotor spinning as well as on stripping cots of cotton cards.The author also lists the data sampled and tested for many times and the precautions which should be taken when appling the coating.
