摘要
在目前高职机电维修实训室现状基础上,本文阐述了工作过程系统化综合实训课程体系特点,以能力为本位,构建了机电维修与管理综合实训工作过程导向与教学运行图,并进行了载体选择和典型工作任务设计。以机电设备管理实训为主线,设计了涵盖基础拆装、电气故障诊断、机械零部件失效分析、失效零部件恢复、机电设备改造、机电设备再制造共7个领域的实训区布局,为全方位培养专业相关能力、拓宽学生就业面、加宽校企合作打下了基础。
on the basis of current mechanical and electrical repair training room's Status,this paper descnbes the working process of tne curriculum of comprehensive practice.Take ability as standard,it constructs comprehensive training work process oriented and diagram,and designs the selection of carrier and typical working task. In the management of mechanical and electrical equipment training area as the main line,this paper designs the training area layout which covers 7 areas of the basics of disassembly and assembly, electrical fault diagnosis, mechanical parts failure analysis, failure restoration parts, electromechanical equipment upgrading, mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing. These laid the foundation for the full range of cultivating professional ability, broaden the students' employment, widening the school-enterprise cooperation.
