摘要
立足职技高师院校的办学特点和人才培养目标 ,结合食品科学与工程专业的实际情况 ,对目前食品微生物课程教学的现状进行分析 。
According to the characteristics of running school, personnel training object of Vocation technical Teachers' College, and the existing situation of food science and engineering specialty, the paper analyzed the present situation of food microbiology course and suggested separating the experiment course from the theory course
