职技高师女生体育生活现状的调查与研究

INVETIGATION AND RESEARCH ON THE PRESENT SITUATION OF THE GIRL STUDENTS PHYSICAL EXERCISES IN VOCATION TECHNICAL TEACHERS COLLEGE

通过问卷调查等方法 ,对职技高师女大学生体育生活状况进行分析、研究。结果表明 :职技高师女大学生对体育的总体认识程度较高 ,参与意识较强 ;对目前的体育生活环境较为满意 ,多数同学已逐渐养成经常锻炼身体的习惯并取得一定的成效。同时 ,也对体育教学的改革如体育课的项目设置、考核方法。

The present situation of the girl students physical exercises in Vocation technical Teachers' College was analyzed and studied by questionnaire The result showed that in the college, the girl students think highly of physical education, have strong involvement, and are satisfied with the physical exercises surroundings Most of the girl students form a habit of taking part in some physical activities and get some effective results Meanwhile, they put forward some suggestions on the reformation of physical teaching such as curriculum, exam methods, morning exercises system and physical hardware facilities
