电站锅炉过热器超温原因分析

摘要 过热器受热面中的工质是高温高压的蒸汽,而受热面又处于烟气温度较高的区域,工作条件比较恶劣。因而受设计、制造、运行等诸多方面因素的影响,过热器受热面经常发生超温现象。本文通过分析发现影响过热器超温的原因,为防止电站锅炉过热器超温提前采取预防措施或做出有针对性的检修计划,同时也可以在超温问题出现后采取正确的措施。 Becanse the working in the superheater is high temperature and high pressure steam, and the heating surtaces are in the high temperature fume area, the working condition is bad. The design, manufacture, operation is affected by many factors, often occur overtemperature of heating surface of super heater. In this paper, through the analysis found the reasons influencing superheater overheating, to prevent the boiler super heater overtemperature take preventive measures in advance and make the maintenance plan, but also can take the right measures in overtemperature problem.
