原钙粘蛋白分子与神经元的多样性 被引量:3

摘要 大脑是人体内结构和功能最为复杂的器官,它实现人类的感知、情感、思维、记忆并控制其他器官的活动。神经元是大脑结构的基本单元,大约1000亿个神经元通过神经突起相互连接组成复杂而有序的神经网络。神经元是多种多样的,神经元的多样性决定了大脑处理储存信息的容量。科学家们发现神经元的多样性与一种膜蛋白分子-原钙粘蛋白的分子多样性有关,不同原钙粘蛋白分子在神经元内随机组合表达赋予每个神经元自己的个性。
