试论橡胶压浆辊的“膨胀、过浆”

On "Expansion and Oversizing" of Rubber Squeezing Roller

浆纱机的压浆辊,不论是微孔辊还是光面辊,都不同程度存在“膨胀、过浆”.本文在调查国产和进口浆纱机使用情况的基础上,分析了该问题的成因;提出改变传统压浆辊铁芯结构,改进压浆辊配方设计,改变压浆辊加压方式,上浆辊用橡胶包复,改变压浆辊出纱角度,加强维修保养等措施.

Almost all squeezing rollers of sizing machines, no matter they are plan or spongiform, have 'expansion and oversizing' problems in varying degrees. On the basis of investigations into the operation performance of domestic and foreign sizing machines, this thesis analyses the causes of the problems and deliver some precautions to overcome them such as change the conventional spindle structure of squeezing roller, improve the rollers formula, change the pressing form and yarn guiding angle, wrap up sizing rollers with rubber, better maintenance service etc.
