摘要
本文采用比较精确的计算方法,在锅体结构设计上改进以往的厚壁锅体为框架式锅体,并在加热升温时,采取了适当的保温措施和远红外技术.该锡锅与以往锡锅相比较,具有25%的节电效果.
This thesis deals with the design of a tin-soldering pot. Through precise calculation, the pot body is improved from the original thick wall type into a framed shape. Besides, proper heat retaining and far infrared technigues are adopted during heating. Compared with the old tin-soldering pot, the new one may save energy by 25%.
