摘要
研究了Mn和Be对高铁含量铝硅合金中铁相的影响。结果表明 :低冷却速度条件下 ,适量的Mn改善了铁相的形态 ;而高冷却速度时 ,Mn并不能有效阻止针状铁相的出现。进一步的研究指出 。
Effect of Mn and Be on the iron phase in aluminum silicon alloys with high Fe content is investigated.The result shows that a proper addition of Mn can change needle like iron phase into Chinese scripts or other better shapes in the condition of low cooling rate,but not very effective on improvement of needle like iron phase in the case of high cooling rate.Simultaneous addition of Mn and Be can prevent the appearance of needle like iron phase in high cooling rate.
