摘要
目前梳棉机后车肚小漏底只有托持纤维的功能,而没有分梳纤维的功能,使喂入棉层正反面分梳不均.为了强化分梳作用,提高分梳质量,大连轻工业学院研制了新型单分梳板小漏底.试验结果表明,采用该小漏底可降低生条短绒率和棉结杂质总数,使后车肚落棉含杂率提高,含纤率降低,并能使盖板花率下降.文章介绍了单分梳板小漏底的结构特点,并分析了试验结果.
The current waste chamber's undercasing of a card only holds up fibres, but does not comb them, so that the front and back surfaces of the lap fed in are combed unevenly. To enhance the combing action and qualities, Dalian Light Industrial Engineering Institute has developed a new type of single combing board's undercasing. The experimental results show that the new undercasing can reduce the short fibre content and total number of neps and foreign impurities in the card sliver, while increase the foreign impurities but reduce the fibre content in the back card sweeps, in addition, it also can reduce strips from tops. This paper introduces the constructional features of the single combing board's undercasing, analyses the tested results.
