摘要 采用化学镀镍磷合金及其热处理的复合工艺,对PG1型高速钢领进行了表面强化.通过对镀层组织、结构和性能的分析,确认所获得的镀层具有化学成份和金相组织均匀,耐磨,耐腐蚀,结合力较高,有自润滑作用等特点.两年多上机试验表明:钢领寿命为水磨钢领的2倍,断头降低18.8%,走熟期短,拎头轻,耐蚀而易保管.以7万锭纺纱厂计,年节约5万元钢领费用. PG 1 Type hi-speed spinning ring is surface-instensified by combined technology of chemically nickle-phosphorus plating and heat treatment. It is proved by analyses of the tissue structure and properties of the plated layer that the layer abtaind is charecterized by even chemical composite and metallographical structure, good resistance to abrasion and corrosion, high binding ability, self-lubrication and so on. Two-year practical operation shows that, compared with water-polished rings, the chemically nickel plated ring can prolong its service life by 2 times, reduce the yarn breakage ratio by 18. 8% and shorten the running-in time. Besides, such treated rings are of good resistance to corrosion, easy to operate as well as to restore. A spinning mill of 70 000 spindles may save 50 000 Yuan (Renminbi) annually by using chemically nickel plated rings.
