摘要
钢丝圈的工作温度高于回火温度,导致其组织和性能变化;实践已证明钢丝圈镀镍层早期剥落。本文从理论和实践两方面分析论证钢丝圈的回火和镀镍最终工艺处理。
The operative temperature' of a traveller is higher than its tempering tem- perature,thus causing changes in its structure and performance of the travel- ler.It has been proved by practice that the nickel-plated layer on a traveller would early peel off.This paper deals with travellers' final treatment of tem- pering and neckel plating.
