本文介绍了新型苎麻金属针布的规格参数和特征,在株州麻纺厂、重庆麻纺厂等5家麻纺厂一年多的试用情况。该新型苎麻针布包括锡林针布、道夫针布和工作辊针布。新针布使梳麻麻粒减少20%,并丝率减少25%;延长了抄针周期,提高了机台运转率;经济效益显著。

This article introduces the specificational parameters and characteristics of a novel ramie MCC as well as cver one year's trail-operation in Zhuzhou, Chongqing and other three bast fibre spinning mills.The novel ramie MCC included wires for cylinder,doffer and worker roller,which reduced the comb- ed ramie neps and string content by 20% and 25% respectively;prolonged stripping cycle,raised machine's operative ratio and,finally,brought remarkable economic benefits.
