摘要
根据生产上的需要,对电化学抛光工艺中的以磷酸、硫酸和铬酐为基本组分的抛光液寿命问题作了详细分析,指出了影响抛光液寿命的因素,制订出判定抛光液寿命的指标和测量方法,对控制抛光工艺过程的正常进行有指导意义。
This thesis,according to the requirements of practical production,analyses in details the effective life of electro-chemical polishing liquor with phosphoric acid,sulfuric acid and chromic(acid)anhydride as its basic components, points out the factors influencing the life of the polishing liquor and works cut the index to judge the liquor's service life and measuring method which have instructive significance for the smooth controll of the polishing processing.
