精神疾病中医研究文献计量学分析

Metrology analysis on literature about TCM study of mental disease

目的对我国历年精神疾病中医研究的文献进行计量学统计,以分析精神疾病中医研究进展和趋势。方法检索CNKI期刊总库1976—2013年的相关文献,采用文献计量学方法,利用Excel和TDA分析软件从年代分布、作者分布、期刊分布、地区分布以及关键词分布等方面进行分析。结果研究文献逐年增多,按CNKI数据库分类方法,器质性精神疾病所占比例始终居于首位,且增长迅速;河南、山东、广东地区的机构发表文献较多;关键词聚类发现,治疗方法中"中西医结合"出现频次最高,精神疾病中"抑郁症""痴呆""精神分裂症"及"焦虑症"出现频次较高。结论中医方法治疗精神疾病有一定疗效,随着国家政策支持以及中医学、中医药的发展,精神疾病的中医科研研究将会进一步增多。

Objective To study literature over the years about TCM research of mental disease by metrology, and to analyze the progress and trend of TCM study of mental disease. Methods The related literatures from 1976 to 2013 were retrieved in CNKI, which were analyzed in aspects of distributions of year, author, journal, region, key words and so on by method of bibliometrics and use of EXCEL and TDA analysis softwares. Results The number of study literatures increased year by year, the proportion of organic mental disorders was always at first place and increased rapidly according to CNKI database classification method; The published literatures were more in Henan, Shandong, Guangdong; Through key words clustering, the high frequency words of treatment were ＇ combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine＇, of mental disease were ＇ depression＇, ＇ dementia＇, ＇ schizophrenia＇ and ＇ anxiety＇. Conclusion TCM therapy for mental disease has a certain efficacy, and the scientific research literatures about TCM study of mental disease will be further increasing with the support of national policy and development of TCM.
