摘要
探讨偏远地方综合性大学学科人才流失相关问题,总结出学科人才流失的动因主要是薪酬待遇偏低、科研环境落后、竞争环境不公、经济条件艰苦、学术交流匮乏,学科人才的经济生活、精神生活、个人发展等方面得不到保障,针对这些问题为偏远地方综合性大学提出参考性建议。
