摘要
作者以马来酸酐(MA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成二元共聚物MA/TEA缓蚀剂。实验结果表明,最佳合成条件为聚合温度70℃,聚合时间6h,当共聚物添加量6mg/L,硫脲添加量5mg/L时,缓蚀率85.83%,该二元共聚物缓蚀剂对碳钢挂片有较好的缓蚀效果。聚合物缓蚀剂在碳钢挂片表面形成致密的保护膜,使挂片与酸性介质隔离保护挂片。
In this paper, the copolymer MA/TEA inhibitor was synthesized using maleic anhydride (MA),triethanolamine (TEA) as raw materials, ammonium persulfate as initiator. The experimental results showed that,when the polymerization temperature of the copolymer MA/TEA is 70 ℃, reac tion time is 6 h, the additive amount of copolymer and thiourea is 6 mg/L, 5 mg/L seperately, inhibition rate is 85.83%, the copolymer inhibitor for mild steel coupon has better inhibitive effect. Polymeric corrosion inhibitors formed a compact protective film on the surface of the carbon steel coupon, the coupon was protected from the acidic medium.
