双环戊二烯石油树脂高压釜加氢工艺研究

Experimental study of hydrogented DCPD petroleum resin with high pressure reactor

作者主要研究了双环戊二烯石油树脂高压釜加氢工艺。原料为色度（Gardner）10#，软化点130℃，采用BASF催化剂，考察了加氢过程中各种工艺参数的影响，确定了最佳工艺条件：石油树脂质量分数25％～33％，反应温度200-260℃，反应压力（4．046．0）MPa，加氢反应时间6～8h，制备出色相低的DCPD加氢石油树脂。

The hyrodgented technique of DCPD petroleum resin were introduced mostly. DCPD petro leum resin,which has a Gardner color 10 and a softening point of 130 ℃ were used raw material in the presence of BASF catalyst. The operating parameters that influence the hydrogenation processes were also investigated in this paper. The operation conditions are as follows： resin amount of 25%-33% （weigyt percent） ;temperature of 200-260 ℃ ;pressure of （4. 0- 6.0）MPa and time of 6-8 hours. Low colour hydrogenated DCPD Detroleum resins were obtained with this process.
