摘要 作者主要研究了双环戊二烯石油树脂高压釜加氢工艺。原料为色度(Gardner)10#,软化点130℃,采用BASF催化剂,考察了加氢过程中各种工艺参数的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:石油树脂质量分数25%~33%,反应温度200-260℃,反应压力(4.046.0)MPa,加氢反应时间6~8h,制备出色相低的DCPD加氢石油树脂。 The hyrodgented technique of DCPD petroleum resin were introduced mostly. DCPD petro leum resin,which has a Gardner color 10 and a softening point of 130 ℃ were used raw material in the presence of BASF catalyst. The operating parameters that influence the hydrogenation processes were also investigated in this paper. The operation conditions are as follows: resin amount of 25%-33% (weigyt percent) ;temperature of 200-260 ℃ ;pressure of (4. 0- 6.0)MPa and time of 6-8 hours. Low colour hydrogenated DCPD Detroleum resins were obtained with this process.
