摘要
球磨机湿磨用的Ф65mm轧制钢球 ,采用高碳低合金钢制造 ,利用中频穿透加热、斜轧成型、余热淬火和余热回火的方法 ,可使钢球表面硬度达到 HRC64.5,冲击韧性 2 0 J/ cm2 ,疲劳寿命超过 3万次。
In this paper,a Φ65mm high carb on low ally steel grinding ball for wed grinding is treated through medium frequency through heating, skew roll forming, residual heat quenching, residual heat tempering process.It's properties are in proved:surface hardness is increased up to HRC 64.5,impact toughnees 20/cm 2,and fatigue life ≥ 30 000 times.
