摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)等为单体,采用自乳化法合成了水性聚氨酯黏合剂WPU。讨论了PEG分子质量、IPDI的—NCO与PEG的—OH摩尔比值(R值)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)用量、乙二胺(EDA)用量对水性聚氨酯乳液性能、胶膜性能的影响,并采用傅里叶红外光谱仪表征了WPU的结构。以自制WPU为黏合剂对纯棉织物进行涂料染色,结果表明:自制黏合剂与市售的同类型黏合剂具有相近的性能表现,且其性能优于聚丙烯酸酯类黏合剂。
Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), polyethylene glycol(PEG) were taken as monomers to synthesize waterborne polyurethane adhesive WPU through self-emulsification process. The influence of molecular weight of PEG, the molar ratio of-NCO in IPDI and-OH in PEG, the dosage of dimethylol propionic acid and ethylene diamine on the properties of waterborne polyurethane was analyzed. The intrinsic structure of WPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy instrument. Then WPU was used as adhesive in pigment dyeing of cotton. The results showed the properties of self-made adhesive were as good as similar products on the market, and better than those of polyacrylate adhesive.
