摘要
介绍了直接氧化法制备 Al2 O3/Al复合材料的制备工艺 ,实验研究了无补韧材料的烧结工艺 ,对利用 Si C颗粒增强补韧陶瓷材料的烧结工艺进行了研究 ,并对烧结的材料进行了 X-射线衍射分析和光学显微镜观测。
A novel technique for fabricating ceramic matrix composites by directe oxidation of molten Al Mg Si alloys is introduced.Alumina matrix compositer with and without SiC particles have been produced.The products were found to contain continuous networks of alumina and aluminum.
