摘要
以针布坯片在36kW的井式电阻炉及105kW的气体渗碳炉中进行消除内应力试验。介绍了试验工艺参数,退火前后硬度值,脱碳层厚度,得出用气体渗碳炉或井式炉进行消除内应力退火完全满足实用要求的结论。
Internal stress annealing experiments upon MCC block wires have been made in a 36 kw resistor furnace of well type and a 105 kw gas carburizing furnace. This paper introduces the technological parameters of the experiments,the hardness values of the block wires befor and after annealing as well as the de- carburized depth of the wire.It draws out the conclusion that the above-men- tioned two types of furnaces can fully meet the practical requirements of in- ternal stress annealing.
