The higher quality of education and the connotation development is a new requirement for the higher education by the Party Central Committee of our country in the new period.The local undergraduate colleges as well as universities,inevitablly,should focus on how to correctly understand the situation of higher education,their own advantages,the schoolrunning orientation,so as to open up the new room for development.It's wise for the schools to speed up the transformation and development,to pool the wisdom,to rationalize the relationship,and to exert their full efforts in training the practical talents.
