摘要
针对铸件局部结构的特殊性 ,提出了铸件凝固时存在一种新的特殊物理热节——“交叉热节”的概念 ,同时分析和研究了“交叉热节”的特性及其效应 ,并得到了实验的验证。“交叉热节”的提出充实和扩展了热节的内涵和概念 ,对研究铸件凝固和优化铸造工艺具有十分重要的理论价值和实际意义。
It has been pointed out that a new kind of specific physical hot spot “intersecting hot spot” exists in a casting for its specific local structure and size during the solidification process.The characters and the effect of the “intersecting hot spot” have been analyzed and studied,which have been verified by experiments.The present of the “intersecting hot spot” has replenished the involution of hot spot and extended the concept of hot spot,which is of great value to theory and practice for studying the solidification process and optimizing foundry technology.
