摘要
通过热力学分析和计算 ,表明固气法铬硅共渗过程初期以硅的渗入为主 ,硅的优先渗入为随后铬的扩散创造了条件。与单纯渗铬层相比 ,铸铁铬硅共渗层的连续性和致密性有所增强。
The result of thermodynamic calculations showed that Si takes precedence in entering the surface of cast iron at the beginning of chromosiliconizing, which has a good effect on later diffusion of Cr atoms.Compared with the chromizing layer,the chromosiliconizing layer on cast iron is more unifomrm and more compact.
