摘要
利用光镜、电镜及热疲劳试验机对不同变形量的低铬白口铸铁的碳化物形状及其对热疲劳性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明 :当变形量为 0~ 40 %时 ,随变形量的增加 ,其碳化物破碎程度增加 ;热疲劳抗力有所提高。
The carbide shape of low chromium white cast iron with different quantity of deformation and it's effect on thermal fatigue properties were studied by optical microscope,scanning elcctron microscope and thermal fatigue testing machines.The results show that the carbide breaks and the thermal fatigue resistance increase with increasing of quantity of deformation,when it is in 0~40%.
