不同基因型烤烟生长发育过程中叶片细胞超微结构的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 以烤烟为试材,研究了延边地区不同基因型叶片细胞内叶绿体嗜锇颗粒、淀粉粒、线粒体、类囊体的动态变化。结果表明,在烟叶发育过程中,3个烤烟品种叶片的超微结构变化规律基本一致,主要差异表现在叶绿体、淀粉粒与嗜锇颗粒上;在叶片发育前期,吉烟10号叶片细胞中叶绿体及淀粉粒明显多于其他2个品种;在叶片发育中期,9407和吉烟9号的烟叶淀粉颗粒积累较快,颗粒数目较多,但嗜锇颗粒较少,吉烟10号嗜锇颗粒较多;在叶片发育后期,9407和吉烟9号叶绿体降解迅速,吉烟10号叶绿体结构较完整,叶片衰老缓慢。 Studied the changes of ultrastructure of leaf cells,such as osmiophilic particles, starch granules, mitochondria and chloroplast thylakoid during the development of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Yanbian area. The results showed that during the growth and development of tobacco leaf, ultrastructure change rule of flue-cured tobacco leaves are basically the same between three varieties, the main difference is chloro plast, starch grains and osmiophilic granules. In early leaf development, the number of chloroplast and starch grains in Jiyan No. 10 leaf were significantly more than the other two cuhivars, in middle leaf de velopment stage; starch granules accumulated rapidly in 9407 and Jiyan No. 9 leaf, the number of particles bigger, but osmiophilic granules smaller, more osmiophilic granules appeared in Jiyan No. 10 leaf,in the late of leaf development,9407 and Jiyan No. 9 leaf chloroplast degradation rapidly, Jiyan No. 10 leaf chlo- roplast structure complete, leaf senescence slowly.
