摘要
温度是植物生长发育的必要条件,低温是影响植物生长发育的重要逆境因子,对山葡萄与杨树在低温胁迫下丙二醛含量(MDA)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的测定表明,在低温胁迫下上述2个生理指标的变化幅度山葡萄比杨树小,证实了山葡萄耐寒的特性,在抗寒植株研究中是理想的研究材料。
Temperature is the necessary condition for plant growth. Low temperature affects plant growth seriously. The activation of MDA and CAT determined by low temperature induction, the results showed that the changes scope of two physiological indexes of Vitis amurensis is lower than poplar. It is said that Vitis amurensis has cold resistance characteristics, so it can be used as cold resistance materials.
