大粒与常规品种水稻颖壳发育的细胞学研究

摘要 利用常规石蜡切片技术,研究了粳稻大粒与常规品种颖壳的生长发育,比较了2个品种颖壳纵切面在细胞学上的差异。结果表明,同一品种内,外稃薄壁细胞的纵向分裂结束时期基本一致,其中,中部细胞最早,上部次之,基部细胞最迟;而不同品种之间稃片分裂结束的时期不同,大粒品种内、外稃细胞分裂时间均大于常规品种,导致2个品种内、外稃细胞数目差异显著;减数分裂期之前,细胞伸长生长较缓慢,减数分裂期之后,细胞进入迅速伸长生长阶段,其中,中部细胞对内、外颖的贡献最大,基部次之,上部最小。 With the paraffin sectioning technique,the observation of the growth and development of glume in large grain and conventional varieties, comparison of the differences between two varieties of rice glumes longitudinal cells in cytological were studied. The results showed that lemma parenchyma cells within the same variety of longitudinal split end times are basically the same. Central cells are the earliest, the upper cells second and the basal cells are the latest. But among different varieties the lemmas split ended in different period. Large grain varieties lemmas cell division time than conventional varieties, make the two varieties of lemmas cell number significantly. Cell elongation growth slow before meiosis,but into the rapid elongation growth stage after meiosis. The central cells made more contribution to the lemma and palea,the basal cells second and the top cells are the least.
