激光跟踪仪在动车组司机室测量技术中的应用

某种动车组为了获得良好的气动性,设计制造了一种流线型的司机室。但目前在轨道客车制造领域对这种流线型司机室的外形测量技术研究较少,为了考证其制造质量,利用国内航空领域广泛应用的API激光测量技术对这种流线型司机室测量方法进行了研究探讨。

A streamlined cab for EMU is designed to obtain excellent aerodynamic performance. However,few studies of profile measurement technology for this kind of streamlined cab have been made in railway passenger wagon manufacturing industry. This paper probes into the application of API laser measurement technology widely used in aeroplane sector to the measurement of streamlined cab to verify its manufacturing quality.
